Abstract

This book is a specialized academic treatise that explores the profound and fascinating principle of holography and its revolutionary applications across various domains of modern physics, including particle physics, nuclear physics, condensed matter, gravity, and cosmology.
A primary focus of the work is the holographic study of the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP), a state of matter that has been a central research theme globally in the first two decades of the 21st century. The book serves to fill a significant gap in the Persian academic literature, providing a dedicated resource for a field that has been actively pursued in Iran through numerous theses and research projects.
The content is structured into three tiers to cater to a diverse readership:

Chapters 1 & 2 present the general theories and foundational concepts of holography, with the first chapter being accessible to undergraduate students and general physics enthusiasts.
Chapter 3 contains the core, specialized research, aimed at graduate students and researchers in fundamental particle physics. This chapter is largely based on the author's own published papers and doctoral dissertation, making the work a genuine compilation of original research.

The book is the culmination of years of the author's pioneering research in Iran on applying holographic methods, particularly the AdS/CFT correspondence, to study the Quark-Gluon Plasma. It is an essential resource for graduate students and active researchers in theoretical high-energy physics who have a foundational background in quantum field theory, string theory, and general relativity.
