Abstract
Plant biology is founded upon two sciences: histology and morphology. Many books have been published in this field, but only a limited number of them have comprehensively addressed both topics. In the present book, an effort has been made to present the material in a simple, fluent, and engaging manner, using appropriate images for readers. Additionally, readers will be able to enhance their foundational and fundamental knowledge and understanding in the fields of plant histology and morphology, and through learning and complete mastery of these subjects, engage in study and scientific research in other areas related to plant biology.
This book contains three chapters entitled: Plant Cell, Plant Tissues, and Plant Organs. In this book, an attempt has been made to prepare and include images by utilizing nature and employing microscopic slides and specimens available in the botany laboratory of Damghan University. These images are marked with an asterisk "*". This book can be useful for students, researchers, and enthusiasts in various fields of plant biology, agricultural sciences, natural resources, environmental sciences, and respected biology teachers.
